PRIVATE RESIDENCE ARLEN HOUSE (SUNNY ISLES)

This apartment located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Miami, was in very bad condition when we got there. Not only had the owner left literally everything he owned in the apartment, including food, but we also were battling with the complexity of working in an apartment building.

Of course this never stopped us from reaching our goal, which in this case was to create a beautiful modern apartment with brand new kitchen, baths, rooms, and flooring. The end result was one of the most beautiful apartments in the whole building, combined with the affordability our client demanded and the array of services we provide in each of our projects.
