Kushner Companies appears to be planning a major project called Fort Lauderdale City Center.
The developer acquired the 4.2-acre property last year from Swire Properties, and newly released renderings show a plan for three towers on the site.
An email recently sent out by a real estate firm said that the “well capitalized, world class owner” is looking for a partner to develop the project.
The first phase will be known as the 200 Site on 1.1 acres, and will include a high-rise building with 375 condos or rental apartments, along with ground floor retail.
Fort Lauderdale City Center is planned to have a total of 1,100 units when complete.
An approximately 50,000 square foot grocery store will anchor the project.
Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale Station is about a 5 minute walk away.
