Why Making Attendance Record?
Why should the company provide an employee attendance record? Isn’t it a waste of time and money hiring an administrative staff just to record whether the employees are present or absent or whether they are on time or not?
This attendance record is really important because supervisors can base his evaluation on this record. An employee can get the chances to get a salary raise using the record. There is also other information that we can get there such as the employees’ time off, including how many vacation days they have left, how many sick days they’ve used, and if they have personal leave days remaining.
