Who executes power of attorney?
Power of attorney is taken by the agent and it’s given by the principal so both of them execute it. Along with them there are two witnesses also who sign the document and it’s been notarized afterwards. In many countries the general power of attorney is further attested by concerned authorities.
The attestations and execution process of the power of attorney makes it a legal document and the parties can not deny it in the court of law in case of disputes at later stages.
